Far East Movement : Rocketeer (LA Dreamer Short Film)

한국계 미국인들과 일본계 미국인들이 결성한 4인조 남탕 그룹 화 이스트 무브먼트(Far East Movement)! 개인적으로 데뷔곡이자 빌보드 1위 달성이라는 위엄이 있는 "Like a G6"보다 이 노래가 더 좋은 것 같다. 'Like a G6'는 일렉트로닉함이 강했다고 한다면 'Rocketeer'는 피아노선율의 선입견과 영향이랄까? 전체적인 선율에서 시부야케이적인 느낌이 난다.(완전 개인적인 썩은 귀로 감상한 결과이다.) 그래서 데뷔곡보다는 좀 더 부드럽다고 느낄 수 있는 것 같다. 또한 후렴구 코러스또한 좀 더 대중적이지 않나 싶다.

이 영상은 뮤직비디오는 아니고 뭐랄까? 좀 더 스트릿한 버젼이랄까? 자세히는 몰라도 라이브는 아니고 영상은 영상이다. 우리는 자세한 정보를 캐내서 여기다가 써 줄수도 있지만 때에 따라 다른 할일이 최우선이기 때문에 소홀한 정보를 줄 수 있는 점 양해를 좀 해주시면 좋겠으묘.
